Returns & Refunds

Because coffee is a consumable product, all coffee sales are final.

However, if there is an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, damaged packaging, or a defect — please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Damaged items upon arrival

  • Incorrect items received

  • Manufacturing defects (including broken seals)

To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging.

Not eligible for returns:

  • Opened or used coffee

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect grind or roast selection made at checkout

Apparel & Gear:

Unused apparel and gear may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
